Kara was commissioned by the Canada Conference event planners to produce, what we feel is a high-quality 29 minute Yoga Nidra meditation, to be enjoyed as a freely accessible 'use and share frequently' gift, on YouTube. She also volunteers with the not-for-profit organisation 'Laughter Yoga USA'.
