In my Laughter Yoga activities I try hard to encourage participants to take a step out of their comfort zone and express their emotions. It's very important for me to create a safe space, full of acceptance and trust.
Through me, to be led to a meditative state of mind, they can fully experience the benefits of laughter. During classes, I use a lot of sense of humour, moving - depending on the participants' capabilities -and of course, the power of laughter !
